Frequently Asked Questions
Everything students and families ask us most often — visas, levels, accommodation, fees and how to enrol.
What are the student visa requirements?
Student visa requirements vary depending on the visa type and each student's circumstances. Our team can guide you through the current requirements as part of the enrolment process, including the Student Visa and, where applicable, the 407 Training Visa. Visit our 407 Training Visa & Work Experience page for more information.
How does level placement work?
Every student completes an English assessment before starting their program. This helps us place you at the right level from day one, whether you are at Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or High Achiever level.
How big are the classes?
We keep our classes small to ensure students receive individual attention and plenty of opportunities to practise speaking and communication skills. Class sizes may vary depending on the program selected.
What are the accommodation options?
Students can choose from homestay accommodation or our partner Farmstay options, including the Village Bunkhouse and Farmstay Cabin. Visit our Accommodation page for full details and available options.
When can I start, and how often do intakes run?
We offer regular intakes throughout the year across our different programs, including scheduled language camps. Contact our team to find out the next available start date for your preferred program.
What are the fees?
Program fees vary depending on the course, duration, accommodation, and additional services selected. Contact our team for a personalised fee estimate and details of what is included in your chosen program.

Can I combine English study with work experience?

What is included in the programs?
Program inclusions vary depending on the package selected. Depending on your program, this may include English lessons, activities, accommodation, meals, excursions, airport transfers, or other student support services. Our team will confirm the inclusions before enrolment.
