The program follows a consistent four-step weekly learning framework designed to support retention and practical application.

Teachers introduce the week's learning outcome and model the target language, grammar, pronunciation or problem-solving approach.
Guided Practice
Students participate in collaborative activities, reading exercises, interactive whiteboard tasks and guided practice.
Independent Application
Students apply their learning through independent reading, writing, problem-solving and contextual activities.
Review, Assessment & Transfer
Learning is reviewed through diagnostic checks, writing portfolios, science-language mapping and targeted remediation.
Interactive online tutoring
EILA's online lessons are designed to be interactive rather than simply teacher-led presentations.
The framework specifically requires interactive online whiteboard use, live screen sharing and immediate written corrective feedback.
